Mutual Events of Default Sample Clauses

Mutual Events of Default. The occurrence with respect to a Party of any of the following events or conditions constitutes an event of default with respect to such Party:

Mutual Events of Default. The Agreement will include customary events of default, including but not limited to the following: Failure to make any required payment if failure is not remedied within ten (10) business days after notice thereof; Any representation or warranty made is false or misleading in any material respect and such default is not remedied within thirty (30) days after notice thereof, or such longer additional period, not to exceed an additional sixty (60) days, if the defaulting party is unable to remedy such default within such initial thirty (30) days period despite exercising best efforts; or Failure to perform any material covenant or obligation set forth in the Agreement, except to the extent constituting a separate event of default, and such failure is not remedied within thirty (30) days after notice thereof, or such longer additional period, not to exceed an additional ninety (90) days, if the defaulting party is unable to remedy such default within such initial thirty (30) days period despite exercising best efforts.
