Common use of Multiple Shifts Clause in Contracts

Multiple Shifts. Should it become necessary to schedule employees for shifts extending 14 beyond 6:00 p.m., the shift(s) will be offered to volunteers. If the County is unable to secure 15 volunteers, the shift(s) will be assigned to the employees in the district with the least seniority.
