Multiple Activities. When more than one Activity is conducted by an Operator, the minimum standards or requirements shall be established by the City. The minimum standards or requirements established for combined Activities shall be:  The standard or requirement for each element within the combined Activities; and  Not greater than the cumulative standards or requirements for all of the combined Activities.

Multiple Activities. When Operator engages in more than one Activity at the Airport, the minimum standards and requirements (including the insurance coverages and limits) for the combined Activities shall be established by the Airport Department. The minimum standards and requirements for the combined Activities shall not be: ⮚ less than the highest standard or requirement for each element (e.g., land, facilities, employees, vehicles, Equipment, aircraft, etc.) within the combined Activities, or ⮚ greater than the cumulative standards or requirements for all of the combined Activities.
Multiple Activities. 2.7.1. Whenever a Commercial Aeronautical Operator provides multiple services, that Entity shall comply with the most stringent applicable Minimum Standards for the products, services or facilities being provided.
Multiple Activities. Members on our teams are allowed to participate in other activities. These members are expected to remain committed to XXXXXXXX HIGH CHEER devoting their time equally to both teams. With being members on both teams’ integrity and loyalty is expected. Meaning all material, technique, style and choreography must stay within our program. If this is breached the member is subject to dismissal from XXXXXXXX HIGH CHEER with no refund. Also you are expected to balance these schedules between the activities and coaches to prevent conflict with games, events and competitions; Failure to do so is also ground for dismissal from XXXXXXXX HIGH CHEER with no refund. Once our schedule is set for competition, no changes will be made under any circumstances to accommodate other activities.

  • Co-Curricular Activities G. The enrollment of the student of employees who reside outside the District shall be subject to School Board Policy 3.02(3)f, Out-of-County Students.
