Multi-Unit Dwellings. By the responsible person of multi-unit dwellings (three or more residential units), in accordance with the following: (1) For three (3) or four (4) unit dwellings, individual waste containers may be provided on a per dwelling unit basis. (2) For dwellings exceeding four (4) dwelling units, covered waste containers may be centrally located and serve the entire complex.
