Common use of Multi-Tenant Floors Clause in Contracts

Multi-Tenant Floors. If other tenants occupy space on the floor on which the Premises is located, Tenant’s identifying signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant’s cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord’s then-current Building standard signage program.

If other tenants occupy space on the floor on which the Premises is located, Tenant’s 's identifying suite entrance signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Landlord’s initial cost (any changes to Tenant’s cost's suite entrance signage shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval and shall be performed at Tenant's sole cost and expense), and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord’s 's then-current Building standard signage program.

Multi-Tenant Floors. If other tenants occupy space on the floor on which all or a portion of the Premises is located, Tenant’s 's identifying signage for such multi-tenant floor shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant’s 's cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord’s then-current 's Building standard signage program.
