Mulching. Where applicable, plant areas shall be cultivated and mulched at all times with a minimum of two-inch depth and a maximum of four-inch depth when allowed to maintain plant vitality. Contractor shall maintain all mulch/ground cover areas and add as needed. Contractor shall notify District when mulch is needed. District will provide mulch to contractor for use.
