Extra Work (Para Sample Clauses

Extra Work (Para. 1.8) will not be included in the Bid Form but will be done only with approval of “OWNER” on a “time and materials” cost basis. Individual, non-routine repairs, not exceeding $250, may be done without coordination with “OWNER”. “OWNER” must approve individual repairs exceeding this dollar ceiling.
