Movement to a Relief. Position When a regular nurse transfers to 32 a relief position, accrued but unused ETO hours will be paid to the nurse based 33 on the nurse's regular rate of pay (without regard to the relief differential in 34 Section 8.18) within 12 months. Within 12 months, the payout will be made in 35 one or two pay periods, as requested by the nurse.
