Common use of MOU Collaboration Committee Clause in Contracts

MOU Collaboration Committee. A committee shall be formed with the purpose of meeting year round to address relationship issues. The committee structure and format is to be developed by the Association and Human Resources Department. In addition, the DEA President, and/or designee, shall meet with the Superintendent and Executive Director for Human Resources on a weekly basis.
