Common use of Motorcycle Pay Clause in Contracts

Motorcycle Pay. Every employee who is required to operate a motorcycle in the performance of the employee's duties shall be paid in addition to the regular rate of pay the sum of $1.25 for each 10-hour day that the employee operates such a motorcycle.
