MOTOR VEHICLES AND DRIVING LICENCES. 6.2.1 If any Employee is required to drive a vehicle as part of his or her duties, such Employee shall be required to hold and maintain a current and valid driver’s license to be able to execute properly the Employee’s various duties. Failure to hold such a valid and current driver’s license will be considered to be a fundamental breach by the Employee concerned and may lead to the termination of the Employee’s employment.
