Monthly Rate of Service. (MROS): A contractually specified dollar amount paid to and IRIS consultant agency or fiscal employer agent each month for each Medicaid eligible person enrolled in the IRIS program on the first of the month for whom the contractor is providing services to perform the IRIS consultant agency or fiscal employer agent contracted services.
