Montana Residents. A Montana resident may cancel his or her Associate Agreement within 15 days from the date on which this application is submitted and may return his or her sales kit within such time and is entitled to a full refund for the sales kit and for any other consideration he/she paid within such time period to participate in the program.
Montana Residents. A Montana resident may cancel his or her Independent Agent Agreement within 15 days from the date of enrollment.

A Montana resi- dent may cancel his or her Coach Agree- ment within 15 days from the date on which this application is submitted and may return his or her sales kit within such time and is entitled to a full refund for the sales kit and for any other consideration he/she paid with- in such time period to participate in the pro- gram.
Montana Residents. A Montana resident may cancel his or her Wellness Advisor Agreement within fifteen (15) days from the date of enrollment and may request a full refund within such time period. Additionally, all Montana residents are entitled to a twelve (12) month refund on all unsold and resalable (as described in the Policies and Procedures) inventory and sales aids in the event of resignation or termination.
Montana Residents. A Montana resident may cancel his or her Independent OPTAVIA Coach Agreement within fifteen (15) days from the date of enrollment, and may return his or her starter kit and any products he/she purchased for a full refund within such time period.

A Montana resi- dent may cancel his or her Consultant Agreement within 15 days from the date on which his or her application is submitted and may return his or her business kit within such time and is entitled to a full refund for the business kit and for any other considera- tion he/she paid within such time period to participate in the program.
