Initial Order. Effective upon the Closing, IXC accepts the Bandwidth Orders attached hereto as Exhibit G-1 as PSINet's initial Bandwidth Orders for the Requested Delivery dates specified therein.
Initial Order. On the effective date of this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR shall place an irrevocable order with TITANIUM for products with a net order value after discount of at least the amount specified in the term sheet.

In addition to the Quota requirements set forth ------------- in EXHIBIT "D" hereto, within 30 days of execution of this Agreement, Distributor shall place with and deliver to the Company Distributor's initial Purchase Order for 1,050 VeriChip microchips, 100 VeriChip readers and 0 service plans to the Global VeriChip Registry System at the prices set forth in EXHIBIT "C" - Price List, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Initial Order. Upon execution of this Agreement, and as a condition precedent to the validity hereof, DISTRIBUTOR shall submit a Purchase Order (as defined in Paragraph 9 to ASTC for an Initial Order of ASTC Products at the prices set forth on Exhibit "B" annexed hereto except that the first unit ordered will reflect a * * *% discount, units * * * will reflect a * * *% discount, and all future orders will reflect a * * *% as shown on Exhibit B. The said Initial Order is set forth as Exhibit "C" annexed hereto.

Initial Order. Not included under the Chemical and Services Agreement are one-time use chemicals and lab equipment. These items are outlined in Schedule D-1. The amount of these items is estimated to be $XX,XXX.

Notwithstanding Section 2.3 or this Section 2.4, Sutro accepts and agrees to fulfil the order previously placed by or on behalf of SutroVax (or to be placed by or on behalf of SutroVax, if no already placed) for the quantities of Product set forth in Schedule 3 by the delivery date set forth therein (the “Initial Order”).
