Monitoring/GPS Sample Clauses
Monitoring/GPS. The Company, at its discretion, may monitor and/or record calls of those employees in Appendix C in accordance with State and Federal laws. The Company, at its discretion, may use GPS technology with those employees in Appendix C in accordance with State and Federal laws.
