Modifications To Time For Performance. The DB shall determine and promptly notify the Owner, in writing, when it believes adjustments to the expected dates of Substantial Completion or Final Completion, or other milestone dates required by the Owner, if any, are necessary, but no such adjustments shall be effective unless approved in writing by the Owner.
