The General Contractor shall determine and promptly notify the Owner and the Professional(s) in writing when it believes adjustments to the required dates of Substantial Completion or Final Completion, or other milestone dates required by the Owner, if any, are necessary, but no such adjustments shall be effective unless approved in writing by the Owner and Professional(s).
