Common use of Model Program Clause in Contracts

Model Program. The School District agrees that the Program as implemented within its district will serve as a Project Lead The Way® Program model for other school districts. The School District will make its program available for observation and inspection by other school districts and will exchange information concerning the Program with other school districts, whether or not such school districts have currently implemented the Program.
