MODE OF PAYMENT. 2.1 Subject to the terms of the Agreement, the Allottees shall make all payments and the Developer abiding by the construction milestones, on written demand/e-mail by the Developer, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan or otherwise, through account payee cheque/ demand draft/ banker’s cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ‘Magnolia Infrastructure Development Limited’ payable at Kolkata or in the manner mentioned in the said demand/email. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
