Miscellaneous 其他条款. 14.1 The Pledgors and the Company agree that the Pledgee may, upon notice to the Pledgors and the Company, assign the Pledgee’s rights and/or obligations hereunder to any third party. However, the Pledgors or the Company shall not, without the Pledgee’s prior written consent, assign their rights, obligations or liabilities hereunder to any third party.
