Minimum Vacation Leave. (a) Vacation leave is to be taken, or banked as provided for in Clause 20.11, in the year that it is earned.

Minimum Vacation Leave. The minimum annual leave will be two (2) shifts, following a four day period. The remainder of accumulated leave may be taken when the request for leave is submitted forty- eight (48) hours in advance, upon approval of the Fire Chief. The Fire Chief may at his/her sole discretion may waive the forty-eight (48) hour advance notice under this section.
Minimum Vacation Leave. Except to the extent all other leave (such as sick leave and personal leave) may be exhausted, and an officer may have to request and use vacation leave for purposes other than taking a vacation, vacation leave shall not be requested, approved or taken for periods of less than four (4) hours.
Minimum Vacation Leave. Minimum time debited for vacation leave shall be four (4) hours per day except as provided for in Article 22.4 and Section 17.1 B.

  • Recall from Vacation Leave Where, during any period of vacation leave, an employee is recalled to duty, such employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Employer, that such employee incurs:

  • Graduation Leave It is understood that in the case of secondary or post secondary graduation of self or spouse, son or daughter, one day leave with pay shall be granted. Two (2) days leave with pay shall be granted where travel arrangements necessitate such absence from school.
