Minimum Stipend. (a) Each nine-month (9) employee (19.5 pay periods) on a .50 FTE appointment shall be guaranteed a minimum stipend of $8,700 for the 2013-2014 year. Appointments greater or less than .50 FTE shall be paid at a stipend rate representing a proportion of this minimum as determined by the fractional FTE appointment and the budgeted weeks of activity.

  • Minimum Staffing The Employer agrees to employ sufficient registered staff and health care aides/ Personal Support Workers to meet the staffing needs that may be set from time to time by statute and/or regulation.
