Common use of Minimum Reporting Allowance Clause in Contracts

Minimum Reporting Allowance. (a) An employee, who properly reports for work as scheduled, shall be entitled to work his shift up to a maximum of eight (8) hours or be paid equivalent pay at his straight-time hourly rate unless the Company has notified the employee in advance not to report to work.
