Common use of Minimum Reporting Allowance Clause in Contracts

Minimum Reporting Allowance. In the event that an employee reports for work at her regular scheduled shift start time she shall be entitled to a minimum of three (3) hours pay. In the event that there is no work available, if requested by the Employer, the employee shall perform a minimum of three (3) hours of such reasonable available work as the Employer may assign.
