Minimum Conditions. (A) Wages The minimum hourly wage rates for the crafts and classifications covered by this Agreement shall be no less than those provided in subsections (1) through (5) below. These increases shall be compounded. (a) The “Maryland rates” set forth in Appendix A shall apply to employees working under this Agreement in California (but outside San Diego, outside the jurisdiction of Local 16 and outside the scope of the Producer - I.A.T.
