Minimum Conditions. (A) Wages The minimum hourly wage rates for the crafts and classifications covered by this Agreement shall be no less than those provided in subsections (1) through (5) below. These increases shall be compounded.
Minimum Conditions. The conditions of engagement set out in this Agreement are minimum conditions. All Directors and Second Unit Directors have the right, pursuant to the Act, to negotiate more advantageous conditions than those provided in this Agreement. When assessing what is more favourable to the Director and Second Unit Director in relation to each right or benefit, one shall compare the elements of each right or benefit under this Agreement with the elements of each under the Contract.

The Industrial Partner(s) is entitled to deduct an amount from the fair market price equal to the value of its contribution under the Project as set out in the Budget; in the case of a license, an anti-shelving clause for the Industrial Partner (i.e. use of best endeavours to effectively commercialise or apply the Foreground); a non-exclusive license for the Research Organization for the use of the Foreground for academic research and teaching purposes; an indemnification obligation by the Industrial Partner to the Research Organization against any third party claims for damages resulting from the use of the Foreground; a warranty from the Industrial Partner(s) to respect the Access Rights of the other Parties granted under this ICA with respect to the Foreground pursuant to Section 9.3, including a warranty that these Access Rights will not be affected by a subsequent transfer or license of the Foreground.
Minimum Conditions. The construction, operation, and repair of the Cable System will be in accord with all Applicable Law. At a minimum, Franchisee shall comply with construction procedures approved by the City; IEEE standards, the National Electric Code, the National Electrical Safety Code and any other applicable safety codes. The most stringent applicable code or standard will apply in the event of any conflict (except insofar as that standard, if followed, would result in a system that could not meet requirements of Federal, State, or local law). Franchisee will employ reasonable care at all times, within the meaning of Applicable Law, and will install and maintain in use commonly accepted methods and/or devices to reduce the likelihood of damage, injury, or nuisance to the public. The construction, operation, and maintenance of the Cable System shall be performed by experienced and properly trained maintenance and construction personnel.

These increases shall be compounded.
Minimum Conditions. The following “Minimum Conditions” apply to Development Towers located in each of the Territories. Each Development Tower shall be on owned land, easement land or leased land with no revenue share payable to ground owner, with a minimum initial term of [***] years and a minimum total term [***] years and clean recorded chain of title (First Milestone). Each Development Tower shall have all Applicable Permits and governmental authorization obtained in accordance with FCPA laws and regulations as well as local and Federal laws and regulations. Development Towers shall be constructed for Qualified Tenants (Second Milestone). Each Development Tower shall have a signed Anchor Tenant Lease, with a minimum initial non-cancellable term of [***] years in length and for which upon construction the applicable Qualified Tenant would be obligated to commence rental payments (Third Milestone). Rent shall be payable in local currency. Development Towers shall be designed with ground and structure capacity for three (3) carriers. Tower should be designed in accordance with the then in place TIA/EIA-222 standards or any other applicable standards in the Territory and be in compliance with local building code requirements.
Minimum Conditions. If at any time the terms of this Agreement fall below the Minimum Conditions of Employment specified by any Acts or regulations applicable to this Agreement, then the Agreement shall be deemed to be altered to include such relevant minimum conditions.
