Common use of Minimum Conditions Clause in Contracts

Minimum Conditions. (A) Wages The minimum hourly wage rates for the crafts and classifications covered by this Agreement for August 1, 2009, during the period August 2, 2009 through July 31, 2010, during the period August 1, 2010 through July 30, 2011, and during the period July 31, 2011 through July 31, 2012 shall be no less than those provided in subsections (1) through (5) below. These increases shall be compounded. (a) The “Maryland rates” set forth in Appendix A shall apply to employees working under this Agreement in California (but outside San Diego, outside the jurisdiction of Local 16 and outside the scope of the Producer - I.A.T.
