Common use of Minimum Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Minimum Accumulation. Bargaining unit members who have accumulated more than 34 twenty-two (22) sick leave days may request that the Superintendent/designee transfer a 35 specified amount of sick leave to another staff member authorized to receive such leave. 36 In no event may such an employee request a transfer that would result in his or her sick 37 leave account going below the twenty-two (22) days.
