MILL HOLIDAYS Clause Samples

The "Mill Holidays" clause defines the periods during which a mill or manufacturing facility will be closed for scheduled holidays. Typically, this clause outlines specific dates or durations when operations will be suspended, such as national holidays or annual shutdowns for maintenance. By clearly stating these non-operational periods, the clause helps both parties plan production and delivery schedules, minimizing misunderstandings and disruptions caused by unexpected closures.
