Military Duty Time Buy-Back. Eligible members of the Lodge shall be permitted to buy back additional Creditable Service in accordance with Section 26(H) of this Agreement, and where applicable and not contrary to this Agreement, in accordance with City of Warwick Code of Ordinances regarding military service.
