Milestone Fee. Assignee shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Estate a fee equal to two hundred thousand Dollars ($200,000) as a milestone payment within thirty (30) days after the end of the calendar month in which the first human subject is first dosed with a Product in the first human clinical trial sponsored by or on behalf of Assignee, its Affiliate or a Licensee. Such milestone payment shall be payable a maximum of one (1) time only under this Agreement, even if multiple clinical trials of Product are conducted under this Agreement.
