Common use of Mileage Rates Clause in Contracts

Mileage Rates. 21.01 Effective the first of the month following ratification of this Agreement by both the Union and the Hospital, employees using their own cars on approved business of the Employer, shall receive mileage allowance to be in accordance with Hospital policy, which shall not be less than fifty cents ($.050) per kilometer on the understanding that employees will carry a million dollar ($1,000,000.00) personal liability insurance.
