Mid-Year Assignments. If a STUDENT is assigned space during the academic year, the STUDENT is financially responsible for the contract amount as of the assigned occupancy date. The room and board fees are prorated from the date of assignment. There will be no refund of room and board fees should a STUDENT terminate occupancy during final examinations.
