MGI's Obligations. Subject to the provisions of and during the Term of this Agreement, MGI shall use its Best Efforts to detail and promote the Product in the Territory to MGI Physicians according to the Promotion Plan and in such manner and with such expedition as MGI itself would have adopted in detailing and promoting a product of its (or any of its Affiliates) own invention, including but not limited to the use of its trained and qualified Sales Force to make Calls on physicians and other persons and organizations licensed to administer, dispense and prescribe prescription drugs with respect to the Product. Subject to the obligations set forth in SECTION 2.3 and ARTICLE 4, and in particular SECTION 4.3, nothing in this Agreement is intended to prevent MGI from marketing and/or promoting other products during the term of this Agreement or thereafter.
