MERS "P" Program. To the extent the Employer is determined to be eligible, the Employer will provide as soon as feasible, a MERS "P" Program subject to and contingent upon MERS' authorization. The entire bargaining unit must participate the same percentage contribution. Employee's wages shall be reduced accordingly.
