Mental Health Rehabilitation Program Service Levels. Contractor shall provide the basic service level in compliance with Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, Section 72445, or Title 9 of the California Code of Regulations, which includes life skills training, money management, training on accessing community services, transitional programs, and discharge planning with County staff. Basic services shall also include reasonable access to medical treatment and up-to-date psychopharmacology, reasonable transportation to needed off-site services, and bilingual/bicultural programming.
