Common use of Membership Terms Clause in Contracts

Membership Terms. By purchasing a Membership, you agree that as a condition of your continued membership at Buzz Factory, you authorize Buzz Factory or its agent to charge your Payment Card the Monthly or Annual Membership Fee (plus applicable taxes), in effect from time to time and which may change, on each monthly or annual periodic anniversary date of your membership, until your Membership is canceled, as set forth in Paragraph 18 below. For example, if your Monthly Membership began on July 20, your periodic anniversary date is the 20th of each month, and your Payment Card will be charged for the Monthly Membership Fee on that date each month. If your monthly periodic anniversary date falls on a date that is not contained in your anniversary month (for example, if your paid membership started on the 31st day of a month), your Payment Card will be charged on the last day of that month. You will not be provided with copies of charge slips evidencing the recurring charges of the Monthly Membership Fee unless requested. You agree to pay the Monthly Membership Fee (plus taxes) in accordance with your Payment Card issuer agreement, if applicable. You also authorize Buzz Factory to charge your Payment Card for any other charges you may incur associated with your Monthly Membership. If your Annual Membership began on July 20, your periodic anniversary date will be July 20 of the following year. You will not be provided with copies of charge slips evidencing the recurring charges of the Annual Membership Fee unless requested. You agree to pay the Annual Membership Fee (plus taxes) in accordance with your Payment Card issuer agreement, if applicable. You also authorize Buzz Factory to charge your Payment Card for any other charges you may incur associated with your Annual Membership.

If your Annual MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS: Swing Zone reserves the right to choose which Membership began Benefits are available only to the Individual Member or authorized signers on July 20a Corporate Membership. a. TOUR PRO MEMBERSHIPS Tour Pro Memberships begin as an initial twelve (12) month term (the “Membership Initial Term”) that, your periodic anniversary date will be July 20 if not terminated at the end of the following year. You will not be provided with copies of charge slips evidencing initial 12-month period, continue as a month-to-month membership for the recurring charges convenience of the Annual Membership Fee unless requested. You agree to pay the Annual Membership Fee (plus taxes) Member until terminated in accordance with your Payment Card issuer agreementthis Agreement. The cost for a Tour Pro Membership is a $99 monthly fee (the “Monthly Membership Fee”). Tour Pro Memberships can be used anytime during business hours and is based on availability. Tour Pro Memberships include up to 10 hours of bay rentals per month. After which, any rentals will be charged at 50% off the daily bay rental rate. Each Membership account purchased is good for one Swing Zone bay for up to 6 players. Each Membership account can only be used in one bay at a time. Member must be present with guests at all times. Memberships discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupons or special offers. b. CLUB PRO MEMBERSHIPS Club Pro Memberships begin as an initial twelve (12) month term (the “Membership Initial Term”) that, if applicablenot terminated at the end of the initial 12-month period, continue as a month-to-month membership for the convenience of the Member until terminated in accordance with this Agreement. You also authorize Buzz Factory The cost for a Club Pro Membership is a $49 monthly fee (the “Monthly Membership Fee”). Club Pro Memberships are restricted to charge your Payment Card use during Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, not including Holidays, and is based on availability. Club Pro Memberships include up to 10 hours of bay rentals per month. After which, any rentals will be charged at 50% off the daily bay rental rate. Each Membership account purchased is good for one Swing Zone bay for up to 6 players. Each Membership account can only be used in one bay at a time. Member must be present with guests at all times. Memberships discounts cannot be combined with any other charges you may incur associated promotion, discount, coupons or special offers. c. CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS Corporate Memberships have a twelve (12) month initial term that, if not terminated by the Member, continue as a month-to-month membership for the convenience of the Member until terminated in accordance with your Annual Membershipthis Agreement. The cost for a Corporate Membership is a $499 monthly fee (the “Monthly Membership Fee”). Corporate Memberships can be used anytime during business hours and is based on availability. Corporate Memberships include up to five employees from the same company to use the membership. The names of each employee on the Corporate Membership must be listed upon sign-up. Changes to employees on the account can only be made if the original employee is no longer with the company. Each Corporate Membership account purchased is good for one Swing Zone bay for up to 6 players. Each Membership account can only be used in one bay at a time. Member must be present with guests at all times. Memberships discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupons or special offers.

Membership Terms. By purchasing If you choose a Lifetime Membership, you will pay a one-time charge of $5.00 where applicable, and you will be subject to the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement. If you choose a Subscription Membership, you agree that as a condition of your continued membership Subscription Membership at Buzz FactoryBackwoods Golf, you authorize Buzz Factory Backwoods Golf or its agent to charge your Payment Card for the Monthly or Annual Subscription Membership Fee fee (plus applicable taxes), in effect from that you selected at the time of purchase. If you select the auto renew option at the time of purchase, you hereby authorize Backwoods Golf or its agent to time and which may changeautomatically charge your Payment Card for the Subscription Membership fee on the applicable date(s) , on each monthly to be charged either monthly, every six (6) months, or annual periodic anniversary date of annually (“Payment Date”) according to the payment option you select. If your membership, until your Subscription Membership is cancelednot renewed prior to the renewal date, as set forth in Paragraph 18 belowyour Subscription Membership will automatically convert back to a Lifetime Membership (players card). For exampleexample purposes only, if your Monthly Subscription Membership began on July 20June 19, your periodic anniversary date Payment Date is the 20th 1st of each month, and your Payment Card will be charged for the Monthly Subscription Membership Fee on that date each monthfee. If your monthly periodic anniversary date Payment Date falls on a date that is not contained in your anniversary applicable payment month (for example, if your paid membership Subscription Membership started on the 31st day of a month), your Payment Card will be charged on the last day of that month. You will not be provided with copies of charge slips evidencing the recurring charges of Subscription Membership fee, however, you can request one from the Monthly Membership Fee unless requestedgeneral or golf manager. You agree to pay the Monthly Membership Fee Subscription fee (plus taxes) in accordance with your Payment Card issuer agreement, if applicable. You also authorize Buzz Factory Backwoods Golf to charge your Payment Card for any other charges you may incur associated with your Monthly Subscription Membership. If your Annual MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS: Backwoods Golf reserves the right to choose which Subscription Membership began on July 20, your periodic anniversary date will be July 20 of the following yearbenefits are available to Platinum Memberships. You will not be provided with copies of charge slips evidencing the recurring charges of the Annual Membership Fee unless requested. You agree to pay the Annual Membership Fee (plus taxes) in accordance with your Payment Card issuer agreementAlso, if applicableyou are planning on playing Friday or Saturday evening you MUST have a reservation to ensure you have a spot available. You also authorize Buzz Factory to charge your Payment Card for any other charges If you do not have a reservation and we are fully booked, you may incur associated with your Annual Membershiphave to wait for a bay to open.
