Membership Terms. For all levels of membership, an initial full year’s payment of fees is due upon receipt and acceptance of an executed membership agreement and payable within thirty days of the date of invoice from the LF. Agreements signed before the 15th of the month will be invoiced as if active on the first of the month of signature. Agreements signed on or after the 15th will be invoiced as if active on the 1st of the following month. All fee amounts are irrevocable and non- refundable commitments based in US Dollars. We reserve the right to refuse your Participation Agreement if you have outstanding obligations to the LF or any other LF projects. In no event will fees be refunded, upon a Member’s resignation or otherwise. Each Member acknowledges that the LF and other Directed Fund members depend upon reliable participation renewal information to budget effectively, and that the LF’s ability to provide services to the Directed Fund would suffer in the event of nonpayment of participation fees. Membership Terms a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, your membership will entitle you to the benefits of Club membership (as specified on the Club’s membership website) from the receipt of your first membership payment to the conclusion of the 2023/24 A-League season. b) Membership of the Club does not give you the right to vote in any meeting of the Club, to vote for any position of the board of directors or to participate in any dividend entitlement of any nature. c) The Club may from time to time, where reasonably necessary, vary the terms and conditions of Club memberships. After this date, reserved seats cannot be guaranteed. The exceptions to this priority renewal period are: i) Members that are seated within the Active Area: Active Area composition and arrangement of bays specified for Active Areas support may change from time-to-time (subject to the Match organiser and stadium management directions or terms and conditions). All allocations in these bays will be confirmed on your membership card or in communications from the Club, the APL or stadium management from time-to- time. ii) Members who are part of group allocations: Members who are part of group allocations are subject to seat re-arrangements if all the individuals within the group do not renew or the group has increased or decreased in the number of members. Such re-arrangements will endeavour to keep the changed group seated together where this is reasonably achievable. All allocations will be confirmed on your membership card or in correspondence from the Club. Membership Terms. By purchasing a Membership, you agree that as a condition of your continued membership at Buzz Factory, you authorize Buzz Factory or its agent to charge your Payment Card the Monthly or Annual Membership Fee (plus applicable taxes), in effect from time to time and which may change, on each monthly or annual periodic anniversary date of your membership, until your Membership is canceled, as set forth in Paragraph 18 below. In no event shall fees be refunded, upon a Member’s resignation or otherwise. Notice of any increase in participation fees for the following calendar year will be given on or before October 15 in the current calendar year. Member’s participation for each calendar year, and its obligation to pay participation fees for the following calendar year, will renew annually, unless the applicant delivers written notice of non-renewal to the LF on or before December 1 of the current membership year. Applicant acknowledges that the LF and other Hyperledger Foundation members depend upon reliable participation renewal information to budget effectively, and that the LF's ability to provide services to the Hyperledger Foundation would suffer in the event of nonpayment of participation fees.

Membership Terms. Teacher members shall serve three year uninterrupted terms. Administrative members shall serve a term of three years. Terms shall be staggered so that no more than one committee member’s term shall expire in any given year. Teacher members and administrative members may be reappointed.
