Membership Deductions. Within ten days of commencement of employment, the Association shall supply the District with properly signed Association dues and fees deduction authorizations which shall set forth the amount of such deduction and shall contain the statement that such authorization shall continue in effect from year to year unless a request for revocation is submitted to the Board and the Association, signed by the teacher, prior to August 25, preceding the designated school year for which revocation is to take effect. Each month during the school year the Association agrees to provide the Board with the names of those teachers who have joined the Association and paid its dues and fees by means other than through payroll deduction.
