Common use of Membership and Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Membership and Enrollment. The enrollment period shall be within the first ten (10) days of the school year or within ten (10) working days after initial employment. Employees must donate a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of five (5) days of personal sick leave to the Bank during the enrollment period to become a member and two (2) to five (5) days per year to continue membership. Days donated shall be non-returnable to the donor as accumulated personal sick leave in the event of loss of Bank membership or separation or transfer from the District. Forms authorizing the donation of the employee’s sick leave days must be signed and turned in to the District office before the employee becomes a member of the Bank.
