Meetings to re. negotiate the Agreement. It is recommended the Committee schedule meetings to begin no later than fifteen (15) months before the expiration date of the CFAA for the purpose of re-negotiation, as well as produce the final document for signatures no later than six months before the expiration date of the Agreement. The Committee will meet as necessary to make adjustments or changes to the Agreement. THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
