Meetings of the Practice Advisory Council. The Practice Advisory Council shall meet on a regular basis as mutually agreed by the Parties. A special meeting of the Practice Advisory Council may be called by Professional Business Manager, Retail Business Manager or the Practice upon two (2) weeks’ notice, except in the event of an emergency, in which case a special meeting may be called by Professional Business Manager, Retail Business Manager or the Practice upon three (3) business days’ notice. Meetings may be held telephonically or by any other means agreeable to the Parties.
