Meetings of the Committee. The Joint Standing Committee shall meet quarterly or at reasonable intervals at the call of either Party at a mutually agreeable time and place. Employees shall not suffer any loss of basic pay for times spent on this committee or for investigating matters at any time at the direction of the committee. Meetings must be held no later than fourteen (14) days after the request has been given.

Meetings of the Committee. The Joint Standing Committee shall meet quarterly as required, but at least once every three (3) months, or at reasonable intervals at the call of either Party party at a mutually agreeable time and place. The Committee will strive to ensure that meetings are no longer than two (2) hours in duration. Employees shall not suffer any loss of basic pay for times time spent on this committee. Should a meeting occur outside of a union committee or member's regularly scheduled work, one (1) committee member per meeting will be entitled to his/her basic rate of pay for investigating matters at any time spent at the direction of the committee.
