Meetings and Related Matters. Section 1. The Parties agree to have meetings quarterly between Eagle Harbor management representatives and representatives of the Union, including stewards from the Eagle Harbor facility. It shall be the responsibility of the parties to determine the schedule and agenda for such quarterly meetings.
