Common use of Meeting Clause in Contracts

Meeting. The designated university representative and the grievant and/or the grievant's representative shall agree to meet within fifteen (15) days following receipt of the written notice requesting Step 2 review. At the Step 2 meeting, the grievant shall have the right to present any evidence in support of the grievance, and the grievant and/or the grievant's representative or the grievant's legal counsel (if selected pursuant to 20.5. Representation) and the designated university representative shall discuss the grievance.

Meeting. The designated university representative and the grievant and/or the grievant's representative shall agree to meet within fifteen (15) days following receipt of the written notice requesting Step 2 review. The designated university University’s representative and the grievant and/or and the grievant's ’s representative shall agree to meet within no sooner than seven and no later than fifteen (15) days following receipt of of: a. the grievance if no postponement is requested or b. written notice requesting that the grievant wishes to proceed with the Step 2 reviewmeeting. At the Step 2 meeting, meeting the grievant shall have the right to present any evidence in support of the grievance, and the grievant and/or the grievant's UFF representative or the grievant's ’s legal counsel (if selected pursuant to 20.5. Representationselected) and the designated university University’s representative shall discuss the grievance.

Meeting. The designated university ▇▇▇▇ of the Graduate School or representative and the grievant and/or and the grievant's ’s representative shall agree to meet within at a mutually convenient date and time not later than fifteen (15) days following receipt of the written notice requesting of request for a Step 2 review. At the Step 2 meeting, the grievant shall have the right to present any evidence in support of the grievance, and the grievant and/or the grievant's UFF-FSU-GAU representative or the grievant's ’s legal counsel (if selected pursuant to 20.5. Representation) Section 11.5), and the designated university representative ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or representative, shall discuss the grievance.
