Common use of Meeting Request Clause in Contracts

Meeting Request. The Union and the City agree that, in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, meetings to be held up to once quarterly at the request of either party or at other times mutually agreed between Union representatives and the Director of Public Works, Human Resources Director and/or the City Manager. Such meetings may be requested by either party at least seven (7) days in advance by placing in writing a request to the other for a “labor‐management meeting” and expressly providing the agenda for such meeting. Such meetings and locations, if mutually agreed upon, shall be limited to:
