Meeting Request. The Chapter and the Employer agree that in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, that meetings be held if mutually agreed between Chapter representatives and responsible administrative representatives of the Employer. Such meetings may be requested by either party at least seven (7) days in advance unless mutually agreed otherwise, by placing in writing a request to the other for a "labor- management meeting" and expressly providing the agenda for such meeting.
