Meeting Notes. The Contractor shall be responsible for taking notes and preparing the reports of all meetings. Meeting notes shall be prepared in typed form and the original furnished to the Government (within seven (7) workdays after date of meeting, or as specified in the Task Order) for concurrence and distribution to all attendees.
