Meeting Notes. The Contractor shall take notes and prepare reports for all meetings, to include recurring weekly/monthly meetings and teleconferences. Within five working days after date of meeting, Contractor shall prepare meeting notes in typed form and furnish it to the Government PM for concurrence and distribution to all attendees.
