Medium and Time of Payment of Warrant Price. The Holder may exercise for cash in the amount of the Exercise Price at any time except in the case of a Major Event as described herein. In the event the Exercise Price is paid in cash, such payment shall be made by bank or cashier's check accompanying the Exercise Notice. The Company shall not be required to issue fractional Warrant Shares upon exercise of the Warrants, but shall pay an amount in cash equal to the Warrant Price of one share of Series A Preferred Stock multiplied by such fraction.
